BELOW IS A CHECK LIST FOR ALL ASL CLUBS AND TEAMS TO TAKE CARE OF PRIOR TO ASL EVENT WEEKENDS:
Complete US Club Soccer Carding for all players
Complete US Club Soccer Roster for all teams
Complete US Club Soccer Medical Release Forms for all carded/rostered players
Understand the ASL guest player rule and abide by it: GUEST PLAYERS - Each ASL team is allowed to utilize a maximum of 2 guest players. “Guest Players” are defined as players above the 26 man maximum US Club roster that are not primarily registered to your club. The guest players must be listed on your game day roster. Players are not considered “Guest Players” if they are officially rostered to the participating member club.
Be sure that all guest players are carded (current) with US Club Soccer

Team coaches that are coaching multiple teams should advise the event directors (and copy ASL commissioner) a minimum of a month in advance of each event so the event directors can schedule accordingly. Requests made late or after the schedule is released are not guaranteed to be granted.
Be aware that all U15-U18 ASL teams will play one game a day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at each event. U14 teams will not play on Friday’s but will play 2 games on either Saturday or Sunday and 1 game on the other day for a total of 3 games

Be aware that all ASL teams must check in a minimum of 1 hour prior to their 1st game of the weekend at the ASL tent. The requirement for check in is an official US Club Soccer team roster, US Club Soccer player passes for all players participating, US Club Soccer medical release forms filled out and signed as well as any guest players properly carded and written in at the bottom of the official US Club Soccer roster.
The SUBSTITUTION RULE for all ASL boys and girls divisions is restricted to NO Re-Entry per half
Each team must fill completely fill out an ASL GAME FORM for each match played (3) and turn it in to the tent immediately following each match. Teams should prepare the 3 game forms with as much information as possible prior to each event weekend. A copy of the US Club roster with the guest players written in from that game should be turned in with each game form. Each coach will select the top player from the opposing team and write them in on the game form that their team is turning in. *Clubs will not be responsible to scout games this year during ASL weekends, but must be sure to detail the game reports and nominate the "Player of the Match" so that statistics can be gathered and the "All Event Teams" can be equitably selected by the ASL.*
